Influence and a second word after you have heard the voice of God. We sometimes begin to hear a second word because we have heard from an improper influence in our life and we begin to say "maybe God didn't speak to me the first time" If you get a word from God, He will continue to confirm that word, but you may begin to get a second word that is not from Him.
